TCPA consent

When you submit a quote request on DallasFlooring, you give us permission under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to contact you about your project. Here's exactly what that means — in plain English.

What you're agreeing to

By clicking "Get my quote" on our quote form, you authorize DallasFlooring and the contractor partner we match you with to contact you at the phone number and email you provided regarding your project, including:

  • Phone calls — including automated or pre-recorded calls
  • SMS or MMS text messages — including automated messages
  • Emails

Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your project.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You don't have to agree to receive automated calls or texts in order to use our service or to purchase anything from a contractor. If you'd rather not receive automated messages, you can call us directly at (817) 809-3411 and we'll handle your inquiry without putting you on any contact list.

How to opt out

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from us or your matched contractor.
  • Calls: Tell the caller you'd like to be removed, or email legal@dallasflooring.com and we'll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Opting out applies going forward; transactional messages required to complete a project you're already working on (e.g., scheduling confirmations from your contractor) may continue.

Who contacts you

We share your contact information with one matched contractor partner — not five, not a list. That contractor and DallasFlooring's support team are the only parties authorized to call or text you under your consent.
