When you submit our quote form or contact us, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Project details (service type, scope, timing)
• Location information (ZIP code; full address only if you provide it)
• Best time to contact and other preferences you tell us
• Basic technical information when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via our analytics provider

• To match you with one vetted local contractor partner who can quote your project
• To follow up with you about your request and confirm the match worked
• To improve our matching, our vetting standards, and our website
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse of the service

We share the contact and project information you submit with one vetted contractor partner — the one we match you with. That contractor uses your information solely to contact you and quote your project, under the terms of our partner agreement.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketing networks, insurance companies, or other third parties. The only other recipients are limited service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) operating under contract and only as needed to run the site.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it's used. This may include privacy-respecting analytics products (such as Google Analytics) configured to anonymize IP addresses where possible. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as a result.

Subject to applicable law (including the CCPA for California residents), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy or correction of that information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of any future marketing communications (reply STOP to texts; click the unsubscribe link in any email)

We retain quote and contact information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you or as required by law, then we delete or de-identify it. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data may be retained longer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you not to send sensitive personal information that we don't ask for.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
